Previous excavations at this site have revealed stratified deposits and cultural features. This work counts toward the prehistoric excavation requirement for certification. This class is for ages 13 & older. Do you want to develop a balance of strength & flexibility? Hatha Yoga (Ha meaning SUN, Tha meaning MOON) refers to the balance of actions & reception–uniting the Mind/Body/Breath through classic Indian asanas (postures).
