It’s going to be a hot and humid one with a really good chance of strong storms scattered throughout the morning and afternoon hours today. Then we might see a couple of pop up storms overnight before things clear out for a cooler and sunnier day tomorrow! 🙂 Today is National Devil’s Food Cake Day. Now that’s a day worth celebrating – at least once today!

This class is for ages 13 & older. Do you want to develop a balance of strength & flexibility? Hatha Yoga (Ha meaning SUN, Tha meaning MOON) refers to the balance of actions & reception–uniting the Mind/Body/Breath through classic Indian asanas (postures).
