Well, that was quite a snow trip yesterday…now here we are with another snow day. The #GoodNews is we’ll have plenty of sunshine and low 40’s for a high. What happens between sundown and tomorrow morning this time…we’ll wait to see. 😉 If you’re home with the kiddos today, enjoy this day! Snow days are something you always remember. - Bread for Life Food Pantry: Non-perishable foods and household products may be dropped off at the pantry on Mondays & Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. adjacent to the Church of St. Therese, 6262 Main Street.

AARP Tax Aide Program
Tax assistance will be offered at the Gloucester Library (Main Street Center) from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Mondays beginning February 2nd through April 13th (except February 16 will be moved to February 17.) Assistance will also be offered on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on February 14, 21, 28 and March 14, 21, and April 4. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 804-654-1407 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Tax assistance will also be offered at Gloucester Point and Bethany Methodist Church from 11:00 a.m. to 4;00 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning February 4 through April 15. No appointment necessary.

Your input will help them identify priorities for biking access and work towards the creation of a bike plan for Gloucester. They would like to know which roads you think are the most heavily used for biking access, where Share the Road signs are needed and where bike lanes should be built in the future.
